Consultation with a Sales Engineer
Step Two
Once we receive your enquiry, a regional sales engineer will assess your needs and determine the next steps.
If your requirement is straightforward, we can provide a quick turnaround quote, but for more complex projects, we’ll schedule a free site survey at your convenience, with same-day or next-day availability for emergencies.
Receive Your Quotation
Step Three
Your detailed quotation will outline all Celsius Hire equipment included in the package, along with a clear commercial and project summary detailing site-specific requirements. Any exclusions will be clearly stated to ensure a smooth installation process.
Within the quotation, there will be options such as ‘Equipment Damage Waiver’ and ‘Out of Hours Working’ to ensure all options are covered and presented to you.
Confirm & Schedule Delivery
Step Four
Once you’re happy with the quotation and wish to proceed, you will need to liaise with your sales engineer to confirm your hire, schedule hire equipment delivery and installation.
If you’re a new customer, we have a seamless ‘new account’ process which ensures there are no delays – even in emergency hire situations. Simply provide a purchase order to match the quoted amount, and we’ll handle the rest.
Order Confirmation & Documentation
Step Five
You will receive your ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘RAMS’ documents (RAMS only for installations) in a packaged email from the Celsius ‘Hire Desk’, which details agreed terms, equipment and delivery dates.
Having this packaged all in one email ensures you have full transparency and information before installation.
Equipment Delivery & Installation
Step Six
Your hire equipment will be appropriately delivered on the scheduled date, with our engineers on-site to oversee offloading and positioning if installation is included within the package.
We’ll then install and commission the equipment to industry-leading standards, ensuring everything is fully operational before handover.
'On Hire' & Ongoing Support
Step Seven
Once installed, your equipment will remain ‘on hire’ until you notify us of ‘off-hire’ requirements giving 5 working days notice (so please don’t forget!).
During the ‘on hire’ period, our team provides regular maintenance checks for long-term hires and 24/7 technical support should you need assistance.
De-installation & Collection
Step Eight
Once we receive ‘off hire’ notification, our Hire Desk team will arrange the de-installation (if applicable) and collection of equipment.
