From strengthening our engineering capability to boosting our sales presence across the UK, each new team member has been shares our ethos and support our mission; delivering reliable, efficient and expertly managed temporary cooling and heating solutions.
This year, we’re proud to welcome a great group of talented individuals who have hit the ground running. Each brings unique experience, fresh energy and a commitment to delivering the high-quality service Celsius Hire is known for.
So… let’s meet our 2025 New Starters!
Sam Bridge – Internal Sales
Sam joins our internal sales team as one of the friendly voices customers will speak to when arranging temporary chillers, boilers and everything in between! Sam is the voice you’ll hear when you make initial contact for your hire, he’ll ensure enquiries are handled quickly, accurately and with genuine care.
Braeden Symes – South West Sales Engineer
Braeden’s been straight out on the road, getting stuck in across the South West. He’s meeting new customers, catching up with familiar faces, and putting the groundwork in to build strong, long-term relationships. He’s got a solid technical head on him and isn’t afraid to roll his sleeves up to see what each site actually needs. Safe to say, he’s already making a cracking impression.
Richard Thurston – Install Engineer
Richard knows his way around a site and gets the job done right the first time. We’re so pleased to have welcomed such an industry expert! He’s calm under pressure and proper thorough, he makes sure every install is spot on. Add that experience and knowledge to the mix… and you’ve got a guy the team can rely on no matter how tricky the site gets.
Kyle Thurston – Install Engineer
Joining Richard as part of the first father-and-son engineering duo at Celsius; Kyle’s got the skills and the drive to match his dad. Together they’re a strong pair on site; efficient, capable, and with a bit of healthy family rivalry to keep things interesting.
Jonathan Griffin – Eastleigh Warehouse
Jonathan joined the warehouse team earlier this year. The warehouse team are the ones making sure your temporary equipment gets to site in tip top shape. They’re part of the backbone of the operation; checking, cleaning, maintaining and most crucially testing every piece of kit before it leaves the depot.
Alfie Curran – Northern Warehouse
Alfie’s doing the same up north, keeping the Northern depot running like clockwork. From prepping kit and keeping stock in order, to checking it’s fully serviced and ready to roll, he’s part of the team that makes sure every hire leaves in excellent condition. Hard-working and ready to get going; Alfie has hit the ground running already!
John Hill – Sales Engineer
John’s out there on site visits; diving into the detail of each customer’s requirements and helping provide the right solutions. Experienced, approachable and all about making sure the job gets done properly, he’s another strong addition to the sales team.
