Fast, Flexible Delivery
How quickly can you deliver equipment?
We offer nationwide delivery and can often supply units same day or next day. Many customers call us for urgent breakdowns, seasonal spikes or events with tight deadlines, so rapid response is built into our service where required.
Do you offer installation and commissioning?
Yes. We provide turnkey solutions; including delivery, installation, commissioning, testing and de-installation at the end of the hire. This applies across chillers, boilers, air handlers, portable AC units, fan heaters and indirect-fired heaters.
Can you visit site?
If your space is complex, high-risk or difficult to describe, we can arrange a site survey. This ensures the installation is safe, efficient, and exactly meets your requirements.
Choosing the Right Equipment
What power supply do your units need?
Small heaters and portable AC often run on 13A single-phase, while larger chillers or boilers may require 32A, 63A, or 3-phase supply. If you’re unsure, tell us what power you have and we’ll match the right equipment.
Do I need a generator?
Most installations run from your existing supply. Some larger chillers, boilers or high-capacity air handlers may require generator support; we can specify, supply and manage generators and fuel if needed.
What if my building has no windows for venting portable AC?
No problem. We provide split AC units, ducted options and evaporative cooling that don’t require open windows.
Hire Duration and Cost
How much does hire cost?
Cost depends on equipment size, duration, installation requirements, and location. Most enquiries are for 2–4 weeks, 3–6 months, or seasonal hire; and we always provide clear, transparent pricing with no hidden extras.
How long can I hire equipment for?
From one week to 12 months. Long-term solutions are fully supported, whether it’s for boiler replacements, industrial cooling or large office deployments.
Specialised Applications
Do you offer refrigerated or freezer containers?
Yes! 10 ft, 20 ft, and 40 ft containers for chilled or frozen storage. We can advise on power, access and siting.
Can you support data centres, comms rooms or MRI systems?
Yes, yes and YES! We provide temporary chillers and close-control cooling for critical equipment during maintenance or failures.
Do you handle fuel tanks and fuel management?
Yes. For indirect-fired heaters and larger boilers, we can supply fuel tanks, manage top-ups and monitor usage.
