When things start to melt, we freeze the fun.
Why Reliable Cooling Matters for Ice Rinks
Ice rinks demand precise, consistent cooling. Even small temperature fluctuations or system failures can compromise ice quality, disrupt operating hours, or lead to costly downtime.
That’s where our temporary chiller hire comes in. We supply robust systems engineered to provide stable, low-temperature air circulation, so that your rink stays frozen, your skaters stay happy and your event runs seamlessly.
What we can offer:
Ice Rink Cooling Solutions Designed for Performance
Celsius Hire provides powerful, reliable chillers with everything you need: pumps, buffer tanks, hoses, and full setup handled by our expert engineers.
For one major ice rink chiller installation in a castle, narrow archways and limited access posed a real challenge. The rink spanned 40 m by 15 m, with a 150 m ice walk. We deployed six 300 kW chillers for the main rink and two 125 kW units for the ice walk, carefully managing logistics to get everything in place.
Following meticulous site planning, our team carefully coordinated logistics, using flatbed transport, manoeuvring units through the archways, and positioning them with a telehandler. Within six days, the system was fully operational, delivering flawless ice exactly as the client envisioned. We keep the chillers running, so you can keep the skaters gliding.
