What is a low temperature fan coil unit, and how does it work?

A low temperature fan coil unit is a type of Air Handling unit designed for the hire industry  that circulates chilled air down to -20°C. They work by connecting them to a chilled water/glycol circuit (either via a hired chiller or utilising the existing system) to provide low air off temperatures.
