Neil, Director of Service Operations
Neil is the director of service operations here at Celsius Hire… and he’s almost always on his feet or on the phone, making sure all the kit runs as smoothly as possible.
He runs on flat whites! If you can’t find Neil, check the coffee machine first and the phone second. Neil thinks we haven’t noticed… but he’s definitely the number one consumer of biscuits too!
With years of experience under his belt, he’s seen the business grow into what you see today; and has helped steer plenty of that growth himself. Developing the service team of skilled, passionate and brilliant engineers!
His favourite job so far? Working at the Commonwealth Games, a career highlight that’s hard to beat and one he’ll happily tell you about given half a chance.
When he’s not sorting out engineers or chillers; he’s probably on his motorcycle, dreaming of the Maldives and maybe a Crystal Palace game on the side. Not a bad way to switch off!

His direction is top tier and not something anyone questions twice. Honestly, you could call him a master of chillers and boilers… and his engineers would probably agree!
Meet the Team: Niki, Hire Desk Co-ordinator
Niki helps everything run smoothly; whether that’s quotes, health and safety compliance or walking Ayla, her personal doggy assistant. She’s been with us for four years and is the definition of co-ordinator supreme, always typing and always getting things done. Without her the company simply wouldn’t flow the way it does.
Tea is her drink of choice and here’s a fun one: she has a pet skunk. Not the most obvious pairing with a Hire Desk role but it does make for a good icebreaker in meetings. Her ideal day off would be spent in the garden, ideally with a new pet goat to keep it company. We suspect the goat and the skunk would get along fine.
If she could be beamed into any TV show, she’d pick Only Fools and Horses: reliable, a bit chaotic behind the scenes and always gets the job done in the end.

Meet the Team: Zoe, Hire Desk
Zoe is only five months into the job but she’s already brought a fresh perspective to the office. Her role is a varied one, hire desk, deliveries and general multi-tasking mastery! Speaking of multiples… she can count from 1 to 10 in ten different languages, a party trick that comes out at the most random moments.
Her ideal day off would be a long walk with her two dogs Toby and Barney and, in a perfect world, a koala would tagging along too. We’re not entirely sure how that last part would work logistically but we admire the ambition.
She settled in fast and is now a genuinely valued member of the team, helping bring cooling and heating to everyone who needs it. Five months in and it already feels like she’s been here a lot longer.

It was great meeting everyone and having a chat… as well as looking at dog photos! Hence the doggy pics!
