The Challenge
A small theatre located just outside London experienced a complete failure of its ageing plant room, leaving the building without heating or hot water. The Solution
Celsius Hire supplied a compact and efficient 300kW Micro Gas Boiler, specifically selected for its small footprint and suitability for constrained sites.
The unit features two 150kW condensing boilers providing built-in redundancy and ensuring reliable operation throughout the hire period. Its integrated design including plate heat exchanger, pump set and safety controls allowed for a rapid, self-contained installation.
Thanks to its compact frame and single-phase power requirement, the theatre boiler hire was easily installed in a tight external space behind the theatre, avoiding the need for complex internal modifications. The system was configured to deliver both space heating and domestic hot water, supporting all key areas of the building.
Flexible hoses and ancillary equipment were routed carefully to connect into the existing system, ensuring a seamless temporary replacement of the failed plant room.

The temporary boiler solution was delivered and installed quickly, restoring full heating and hot water to the theatre with minimal disruption.
