On Mental Health Awareness Week, this is a reminder that looking after our mental health matters just as much as anything else we do day to day.
We are really proud to share that Kayleigh, our Credit Controller, has recently passed her Mental Health First Aid course. A great achievement and an important step in helping us support each other better as a team.

Having someone trained to recognise when a colleague might be struggling and knowing how to respond can make a real difference.
Creating a positive environment does not mean having all the answers. It is about encouraging open conversations, recognising when someone might not be themselves and making sure support is there when it is needed.
Even small steps can make a big difference. Whether it is training like Mental Health First Aid, checking in with colleagues or supporting charities that provide vital services, it all contributes to a healthier and more supportive workplace.

Our commitment does not stop there. We are also proud to support Solent Mind as our chosen charity. From taking on the Three Peaks Challenge to support their work, to giving back locally, it is a cause that means a lot to us.
And we are not stopping anytime soon… keep your eyes peeled for our next charity event. It is a big one 👀
It is all part of creating a workplace where people feel supported, heard and looked after.
