Cooling Hire

We support every industry imaginable; there’s really no sector we’ve not supported! This could be for a huge span of applications; from cooling hospital theatres, air conditioning for offices, process cooling for a car assembly line, keeping server rooms cool or even comfort cooling in a care home. There really is no type of cooling we can’t provide.

Our fleet includes a wide range of cooling units with various cooling capacities, from small, energy efficient 3.5KW portable air conditioners that are ideal for office spaces to large-scale 900KW industrial chillers for a food and beverage factory, the Celsius Hire team ensures that we can supply for any space or requirement.

We pride ourselves on being a dynamic and efficient rental provider and our rapid response times are proof of that! In emergencies, we can deliver cooling equipment within just a few hours – with state-of-the-art warehouses in Southampton and Manchester, and emergency engineers across the UK, we offer a speedy national service that keeps you cool under pressure!

An air conditioning unit cools and dehumidifies air directly in small commercial settings, improving air quality and comfort through a unit that typically uses electricity. Whereas, chillers are designed for larger commercial or industrial spaces, using a system that circulates chilled water or another coolant to absorb heat – this makes chillers suitable for applications needing high cooling capacities, such as comfort cooling multiple rooms or regulating temperatures in process equipment.

We offer tailored hire agreements that cater to seasonal fluctuations or short-term peak demands (we know how the British weather can throw unexpected heat waves!). This flexibility ensures you only hire and pay for air cooling equipment when it’s absolutely necessary.

Should an unlikely breakdown occur, we offer 24/7 support to resolve the issue. We’ll either repair the unit on-site or replace it to ensure continuous cooling – our priority is to keep your space cool with minimal disruption.

Our expert team will help you select the perfect cooling unit based on your space size, ventilation, process demands and cooling requirements. Just get in touch with our Service team, and we’ll recommend the most efficient and suitable solution for your specific cooling needs.

Heating Hire

We offer a wide range of industrial heating solutions; from large scale boilers to smaller heater units. A fleet offering temporary heating to meet any and all heating and/or hot water requirement.

Low-Temperature Fan Coils Hire

Our low-temperature fan coils are built to perform in demanding conditions. They are designed to reliably operate between +10°C and -20°C, making them ideal for cold stores and other temperature-controlled environments where consistent temperatures really matter.

Our low-temperature fan coils are equipped with built-in defrost systems, which will automatically kick in when ice starts to build up

Often paired with our temporary chiller systems, we can create a complete and fully integrated low-temperature cooling solution.

Low-temperature fan coils are commonly used across a range of industries but we commonly assist customers in cold chain logistics, food storage, pharmaceutical facilities and chemical processing sites, industries where reliable temperature control is essential.

Portable AC Hire

We offer a wide range of portable air conditioning units to suit various needs, from compact 3.5kW units ideal for light commercial use cases, to more powerful, versatile units that can cool larger spaces. Determining the right AC unit or evaporative cooler involves assessing your unique cooling needs, such as space dimensions, process requirements and load nature. Contact our Service team for a consultation, and we’ll recommend the most effective solution for your particular situation.

Evaporative coolers actually cool the air using water evaporation, while air movement fans circulate existing air to create a wind chill effect.

We offer solutions that don’t require open windows, including evaporative coolers, split AC units and ducted options. This was a common challenge for offices, studios and schools.

Air Handling Units Hire

An air handling unit (AHU) is an integral component of any HVAC system, designed to circulate air and regulate indoor conditions by controlling temperature,. By drawing in outside air, filtering it and either heating or cooling it, AHUs ensure conditioned, fresh air is distributed evenly across your facility. From a hire perspective, air handling units can also be combined with our range of  chillers for cooling or boilers for heating, offering flexible climate control solutions. Alternatively, we can connect them into your existing chilled water or heating water loops.

We offer comprehensive support for every air handling unit rental throughout the entire hire period. We provide 24/7 technical support and handle all routine maintenance to ensure continuous, efficient operation. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, our team will respond quickly to repair or replace the unit, minimising any disruptions to your business needs and keeping the system running at optimal performance.

Our air handling units are versatile, providing either heating and cooling based on your project requirements. When used with our hire chillers, the AHUs work as part of an air conditioning system, alternatively, when connected to boilers or low-pressure hot water systems, they efficiently heat spaces, providing year-round flexibility.

Every industrial air handler hire from us comes with all the necessary ancillary equipment, including flexible ducting, hoses and cabling. These components ensure that your AHU system operates efficiently, circulating clean, conditioned air throughout your space.

Celsius Hire provides a broad range of air handling units and fan coils with capacities from 30kW (offering up to 2,900m3/hr of airflow) to 150kW (offering up to 20,000m3/hr of airflow), making them ideal for various applications. Whether you need to manage air quality in a small office or regulate temperature in a large warehouse or data centre, our team can recommend the right solution tailored to your specific business needs. For larger projects, we offer the flexibility to scale up by hiring multiple units, ensuring effective climate control in spaces of any size.

We understand that urgent situations require fast action, which is why we have a network of depots across the UK and a dedicated fleet of air handling units, allowing us to respond swiftly to both planned and emergency requirements. Our team is available 24/7, ensuring that your system is installed promptly, with minimal disruption to your operations. We also offer rack mounted emulators, which are great for data centre heat load testing! All units can be hired in large quantities to accommodate larger heating requirements and with supporting ancillaries available, we can provide precise heat distribution, making our electric portable heaters adaptable for any environment or project.

Yes, the power supply requirement will vary depending on the heater’s size – our smaller 3kW heaters run on a standard 13A domestic plug, while larger 42kW units require a 63A 3Phase power supply. We understand the importance of a fast response when you need heating urgently. With strategic stock availability in our Southern and Northern depots, a network of engineers and transport options, Celsius Hire can deliver industrial electric heaters within hours. Whether it’s a sudden cold snap or an equipment breakdown, we’re prepared to provide the best solution.

Being electrically-powered, our heaters and hot air blowers are a great option for environments with limited ventilation because they don’t produce combustion gases or fumes. This makes them ideal for indoor use in offices, warehouses, data centres or other enclosed spaces where clean air circulation is important.

Our electric heater solutions are used across a wide range of industries. This includes warm air heating for construction sites, large-scale events, schools and colleges, data centres and even office spaces. If you require hot water supply as well as air blowers, we also supply a range of boilers and other industrial heating solutions.

Our expert team will help you select the perfect heating solution based on your space size, ventilation and heating requirements. Just get in touch with our Service team and we’ll recommend the most efficient and suitable solution (we also supply gas heaters, oil and gas boilers, and electric boilers) for your specific heating needs.
