Frequently Asked Questions
Can’t see what you’re after? Call us on 0800 702 2161 or complete our form.
We offer electric heaters, indirect diesel-fired heaters (IDFs) and boiler/AHU packages ranging from 3kW to 2MW+, all supported with ancillaries like ducting, power and fuel tanks. Our fleet of heating equipment has been designed to offer ample comfort heating for when you most need it.
Our team deploy heating packages across a wide range of industries and environments where people are present and there is need to comply to regulations. Some of our typical projects include heating classrooms during boiler breakdowns, maintaining safe working conditions in temporary site offices or welfare cabins, warming large event structures like marquees, providing backup heating in offices during planned HVAC upgrades and supporting ambient conditions in hospitals or care facilities.
These are just some common examples, but if you have a unique requirement like keeping a film set warm in the winter, you can be assured we’ll have the resources to help!
Yes, the power supply requirement will vary depending on the heater’s size – our smaller 3kW heaters run on a standard 13A domestic plug, while larger 42kW units require a 63A 3Phase power supply, and our IDFs requiring fuel tanks and flexible ducting. If power supply is an issue at your location, we also offer generator and power distribution hire as part of our packages.
Our electric heaters and hot air blowers are a great option for environments with limited ventilation because they don’t produce combustion gases or fumes. This makes them ideal for indoor use in offices, warehouses, data centres or other enclosed spaces where clean air circulation is important.
Our oil-fired range can also be used for enclosed spaces as the unit itself will be situated outside the room and ducting will be installed, so that no combustible materials or fumes will flow into the space.
We pride ourselves on being a dynamic and efficient rental provider and our rapid response times are proof of that! In emergencies, we can deliver heaters and boilers capable of comfort heating within just a few hours – with state-of-the-art warehouses in Southampton and Manchester, and emergency engineers across the UK, we offer a speedy national service.
