Reliable Cooling and Heating Hire for the Leisure Sector

We provide temporary chiller and boiler package solutions for hotels, leisure centres, gyms and hospitality venues across the UK. From emergency boiler breakdowns and hot water failures to planned chiller replacement and seasonal cooling, we design short and long-term hire packages around the building, your guests and the facilities that need to keep running.

Proven Cooling, Heating and Hot Water Support for Leisure Venues

Hotels don’t exactly have an “out of order” option when cooling, heating or hot water disappears. When an emergency boiler failure left one hotel without hot water, our qualified team determined an emergency domestic hot water solution and supplied a 300kW micro boiler. Despite restricted access and a complex installation, we successfully restored hot water across guest rooms and facilities while the permanent plant was dealt with.

We also helped a major UK hotel chain prepare for summer after its ground source heat pump became unusable. We engineered a package around the existing system using a 125kW chiller, 200kW plate heat exchanger and generator, complete with fuel management and acoustic screening to keep guests comfortable and sleeping soundly.

Our experience supporting the leisure sector doesn't stop there. Swimming pools and leisure centres also bring their own heating challenges, particularly when planned boiler works are involved. For one Olympic-size swimming pool complex, we supplied 2 x 300kW oil-fired boilers while the permanent plant was replaced. The installation included a carefully planned HIAB lift, high-level pipework and a controlled changeover to prevent the pool temperature from dropping too far.
